The Challenge
Suvretta had built real infrastructure. Swiss-regulated, audited smart contracts, partnerships with DWS and Baloise, tokenized funds that institutional investors could actually hold. The technology was serious. The compliance was real. But the brand read like a DAO whitepaper.
It spoke to crypto natives — not to the asset managers, qualified investors, and institutional treasuries they were actually building for. The positioning was technically accurate and commercially invisible. In a space where trust is the entire product, Suvretta was asking the wrong audience to believe in the right thing.

The Solution
We started with the pivot. Not away from blockchain — but toward the people who control the capital that matters.The brief became clear fast: strip the protocol language. Lead with the outcome. Make tokenized assets feel as trustworthy as the institutions backing them.
We rebuilt the brand from the positioning up. New narrative, new visual world, new copy system. The goal wasn't to make blockchain feel exciting. It was to make it feel obvious. Like the next step finance was always going to take.




The Concept
Two Mountains. One Valley. Suvretta sits between two worlds. Traditional finance on one side, blockchain on the other. Most brands in this space try to live fully in one. We positioned Suvretta as the passage between them. The valley.
The visual language came from that geography. Real alpine photography. Muted sage and slate tones institutional without being cold. A real foundation. Not an abstraction. No blockchain clichés. A visual system that could sit in a Bloomberg terminal and a fund prospectus with equal confidence.
